You will be informed 2 days in advance about the region you have to be.
This will help you to estimate when you have to leave home to be on time.

Only 2 hours in advance will you be informed of the exact location. The reason is to avoid that people start studying the surroundings up front.
The less you know about the terrain, the more vivid the experience will be.
